The final report highlighted a number of areas of good practice, including the high standards of case management, lawyers’ proactive approach to progressing cases to try and achieve the best outcome for clients, good preparation for court cases, and the provision of sound legal advice with a realistic assessment of the likely outcomes. Overall, there were no areas of concern and no areas for improvement, resulting in the excellence grading.
