Deborah is A Fellow of the Institute of Legal Executives and has practiced in Family Law for the past twenty two years (the last six of which – until she joined Howells) was acting for private Clients only.

She is experienced in all aspects of Family Law including Divorce and Separation, Ancillary Relief (now called Financial Orders on Divorce) pre nuptial and post nuptial agreements, Private Child Law, TLATA applications, Schedule 1 Children Act Applications and co-habitation agreements and has a particular interest in Trusts of Land where people are co-habiting.  Deborah a member of Resolution and adheres to their code of conduct
