The safety and well-being of our clients, staff and communities is our number one priority. We are monitoring information from the relevant authorities about COVID-19 (Coronavirus), and acting and planning appropriately to minimise disruption.
To protect you and our staff from the spread of COVID-19, we are maintaining an office presence but encouraging staff to work from home wherever possible. Our staff can access our case management system and files from any computer in the world through our secure and robust remote working systems.
Please note that our offices are closed to clients and visitors.
New Enquiries and Appointments
New enquiries can be made through our website or by email or by telephone.
If following your enquiry we can take your case on, then we can arrange a telephone appointment to prevent you needing to come into the office.
Could we please ask you to contact us mainly by email wherever possible rather than telephone or by sending copy documents in the post. This is the easiest mode of contact for our remote workers.
Deadlines and Court Dates
We will work with you to identify any upcoming deadlines and ensure that court hearings can be attended. The Courts are also increasing the use of technology to enable remote hearings where possible.
We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause, and thank you for your support in minimising the risk to you and our staff at this difficult time.
