Howells staff got their aprons and mixing bowls out to join in with MS Societies ‘Cake Break’.
Bringing in home made cakes to sell, taking part in a ‘Cup Cake Sweep Stake’ and even taking part in a cake-themed quiz, Howells staff raised £265 for the charity.
HR administrator Sarah Savage said “we had a great day and so many people got involved. It was such a fun way to help raise money for a great cause. We will certainly be doing it again next year!”
Cake Break is a national fundraiser organised by Multiple Sclerosis Society who are hoping to raise funds to enable more research into finding better treatments, and ultimately a cure for MS. For more information visit their website https://cakebreak.org.uk/
