Litigation Specialist – Claims Against Public Authorities

We have a vacancy for a civil litigator (full and part time applicants considered) to join our civil actions and public law team, based in the Sheffield office. Whilst a qualified solicitor is preferred we will consider all applicants with relevant experience.

We wish to recruit someone with experience of pursuing police complaints, claims against public authorities, inquests and judicial review.

Applicants should be familiar with assessing clients for Legal Help and completing CCMS applications as well as CFAs, ATE and private client work. Experience of undertaking file reviews and supervision in line with the CAPA supervisor standard would be an advantage.

Contentious Probate Fee Earner

We are currently recruiting a contentious probate fee earner to work in this hardworking team, across the three South Yorkshire offices (Sheffield, Rotherham and Barnsley), providing good quality legal advice to clients seeking assistance with a wide variety of wills trust and probate issues.

The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of this area of law, be highly motivated, hard working and driven to achieve.

Dispute Resolution Solicitor

We have a vacancy for a dispute resolution solicitor (full and part time applicants considered) to join our litigation team, based in the Sheffield office.

We wish to recruit someone with experience of contentious probate, property disputes, contract disputes and professional negligence.

This is a highly client facing role where the successful applicant will be able to develop their own chosen areas of specialism whilst working on a growing and varied caseload.

The successful applicant will also take an active role in the marketing of the department.
