A Howells Welfare Benefits case has been granted Permission to Appeal on an oral review at the Court of Appeal in relation to a matter concerning Employment and Support Allowance.  The issue involved raises a wider public interest issue regarding the treatment and status of Employment and Support Allowance for claimants.  The case will now proceed to a full hearing at the Court of Appeal in the coming months.
