We offer a competitively priced service for all private immigration matters including a range of fixed fee options. These fixed fee services are designed to make Immigration advice accessible and affordable and to give peace of mind that you will know from the outset the total costs.
Immigration work can be very complex and the fixed fee for your case may be more or less depending on your individual circumstances. This may include how much evidence there is to consider in your case, whether or not you are applying with dependents and whether we will need to make particularly detailed representations on your behalf.
We recommend that you arrange an initial consultation first of all to allow us to discuss your circumstances in detail and tailor your fixed fee to your individual needs. If you go on to instruct us further for an application or appeal, the cost of your initial consultation will be deducted from your total fixed fee.
Our fixed fees do not include the cost of any Home Office fees for your application, tribunal fees for your appeal or any other costs incurred in your case which are payable to third parties such as interpreter’s fees or DNA testing. These fees are payable in addition to our fixed fees listed below.
