How Long after Cosmetic Surgery Do You Claim?

Like all medical negligence claims, there is a time limit for making your cosmetic surgery claim. It must be within three years of the surgery taking place, or when the negligence became apparent. You should contact a medical negligence solicitor as soon as possible.
