Melodie Shelton-Heath

Melodie has worked in private client matters for 8 years. Prior to that she was a community support worker supporting adults with learning disabilities.

Melodie studied Law at university and hold an undergraduate degree (LLB) and Master of Laws in international business law (LLM).

After graduating from university, Melodie started as an administrator at a legal services firm and progressed to becoming a senior case manager before joining Howells as a paralegal in 2023.

Melodie specialise in Will drafting, Lasting Powers of Attorney, Probate, Asset Protection, Inheritance Tax and Trust Administration. She is a full member (TEP) of STEP (Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners). She is also a trained Dementia Friend.
