How we can help
Our motoring offences specialists can provide the best possible advice either on the strength of the case against you, or on how to improve the case you wish to bring, check that the correct procedures have been followed and follow that up with representation at the Town Hall or in Court.
We will meet with you to discuss the case, obtain full details of what is in dispute, listen to and then advise you of the best way to respond to the situation. We can continue to provide you with the help and advice needed throughout the whole investigation.
Taxi Licences Costs
For peace of mind over costs, we can provide advice and representation on a fixed fee basis. This will include a meeting with a member of the taxi licence team, advice on the procedure and evidence, and representation at the hearing.
Our Fixed Fees start at £750 + VAT. We offer an initial appointment for one hour at a cost of £150 + VAT. The exact cost for your case will be discussed at the first meeting and will be based on the complexity of the case.
